What Billy Mays had was the “Talk and Die” Syndrome. What happens is that you get hit in the head and blood starts coming into your brain as it swells. Then gradually your brain get pushed down the back of your head and you get an increassingly painful headache. It happens in hours and the only treatment is going to the hospital and getting pressure release. Drilling into your head and letting the blood come out. Its called Talk and die because you say your fine then you die in a matter of hours
